I just started taking and have been on it for 4 days . Where I just started and it hasn’t had time to run through I will say I have always had bathroom problems and since starting this girl no issue , several times a day and I’m like huh?!?!?! So besides helping your skin it really cleanse you out and produces movement. I had to take milk of magnesium every two days because I haven’t been able to go to the bathroom for years since having kids up today. I don’t have to take anything but that. So theirs something good happening besides skin . Will come back in 3 months with before and after .
