Mayo Clinic is not what it’s made out to be! The process to just get an appointment is an absolute joke. They have a 15 min call with you, don’t even look at the medical records and say they can’t help. If they are so great they would find a way to help people who can’t get help in their area.

Thanks for this information. Recently diagnosed with dry eye at my eye exam. He only mentioned the preservative free drops. I’ll try your suggestions also.
