When I was losing weight last month instead of eating chips when I crave them, I air fried lettuce,put apple cider vinegar on it, and put salt on it! It tasted just like salt and vinegar chips

Just calorie counting, find out your maintenance online and eat between 300-500 calories less than that a day. You won’t feel hungry if you eat high volume foods, lots of videos on TikTok
