It happened in my left ear. I am sick right now and my ears do hurt especially my left. But I normal even when not sick, deal with ear pain, ears popping and dizziness and headaches

ive had this issue since i was 16 and im now 21 but i have what’s called objective tinnitus caused by voluntary Tensor Tympani Syndrome where i can control the muscles in my ears to create a “windy” sound to put that ringing on “mute” until it comes back some other time

I’m in 8th grade, I keep hearing ringing in my right ear in math class every day. And now one night I wake up in the middle of the night and all of sudden my right ear starts ringing, I stopwatch it to how long my right ear ringing lasts. It lasts 6 minutes and it still keeps on going.

Mine is caused by tight facial, jaw, tongue and neck muscles. Either when muscle pressure is released or worsens is when the ringing occurs 😖
