@0andrew_diaz10: From 214 pounds at my absolute peak to 178 pounds. Down 36 pounds and I got about another 15-20 to go. I couldn’t do this and wouldn’t have done this if it wasn’t for my brother and best friend of 20 years Mike!! He believed in me even before I did.- - I was an athlete growing up and in highschool through college I was extremely fit, but I went downhill. I started to prioritize my career and money over my health. Then I would stress eat it was also a time I was dealing with multiple personal stress situations and just went on tilt. It’s no excuse but that’s what happened.- - At my absolute peak I got all the way to 214 pounds. It was hard to even just go up to the second floor to put kids down for a nap. Then I had found benign tumors in my chest and had them removed. I knew I needed to make a change- - So I hit up Mike and we got to work. I was so out of shape but he stayed by my side pushing me and reminding me of what I am and who I am and that I needed to shed this crap off to get back to my athletic life and be around for my kids. I then took it super serious and have made drastic shifts to my diet since- - Today I am aware of what I say, what I read, what I watch, what I listen to, what I do, time I spend and much more as they should be positive things and if not then I don’t do them.- - Today I feel amazing I know I have more work to do but it’s a great start and I feel happy. I feel like I’m becoming a great husband and father for my kids as well as someone they can look up to- - Money is great and things are great but they should never come before health. Health and mental health is most important. Make sure you prioritize what truly matters in this life- - Best time to start is now!! You can do this!! Bless!!- - #healthy #life #explore #explorepage #fitnesslife #fit #positivity #positivenergy
