It just made sense! Getting the balance right is key, and when I smell this mix it immediately makes me think of Perkins! You can make up more or less of the spice mix, but these are the ratios… 4 tsp cinnamon 4 tsp ground ginger 2 tsp All spice 2 tsp nutmeg Half tsp ground cloves Add all to a jar and shake well!
