Please Make These 3 Improvements in LanguageCert Do not ban students without a clear reason — just like how I was banned without any explanation. If I had any intention of cheating, I would not have taken the B2 language test again just to improve my score, since I had already passed it with 25 marks. When students try to contact you, solve their problems directly over the phone, and make sure to record their complaints in writing. Conduct a proper and fair inquiry, and don’t give them vague answers like “your case is with another department” or “you will get a response soon,” or similar excuses. If a student raises a concern about being blocked without any reason, then review their case again—up to three times if needed—and provide them with a genuine, final result. Also, stop charging students £70 or £100 for repeated inquiries or appeals. This is my humble request to you: if you make these three improvements, your LanguageCert test will become number one in rankings, and people will start praising you. You won’t even need to invest heavily in social media and other promotions, because once students see your fairness and transparency, they will come to you willingly and recommend your test to others. This is not just my personal opinion, but something that represents the feelings of students all over the world.
