Allow the cupcakes to cool completely. 8.	In a saucepan, simmer the fresh blueberries with the sugar over medium heat until soft and thickened into a jam-like consistency. Remove from heat and let cool completely. 9.	Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth. 10.	Carefully fold 1-2 of the cooled blueberry mixture into the whipped cream until evenly distributed. 11.	Make a small indentation in the center of each cupcake and spoon 1 teaspoon of the blueberry mixture into it. 12. Pipe or spread the blueberry cream topping onto the cupcakes.
