Hey, I know I'm late but I would get wallpaper engine on steam. They have a bunch of different types of wallpapers just like that and they all work and that never happens.

Check your apps to make sure it isn’t a spyware like tlauncher this look exactly like it but if it’s not then it’s a gpu failure when your gpu is struggling
