Have you tried putting him in martial arts or wrestling? Maybe he needs to let out some anger in a safe environment? That may help with learning respect and team work too

it's hard being a sibling and trying to do the role of mom. he respects u but not as authority I feel. I feel it's time for him to get a job maybe it'll help him be proud of and keep him from acting
