So I've been diagnosed with vestibular neuritis. What is a saccade and is it related to VN? I feel like every time I move my eyes, especially left or right, there's a micro-beat where my eyes jump.

Can’t this also be used to test a central dysfunction. Depending on the direction of the corrected saccade (hypo response vs hyper?)
