Actually veterans commonly have complex ptsd because they have prolonged exposure to traumatic events. Same could be said about EMS workers. I appreciate her thoughts but this isn’t entirely accurate

I was diagnosed with cptsd in America.🤔 I also got denied for a study on anxiety, they said I was to severe 😅. my panic attacks & anxiety attacks were very intense. 1 foot would sweat thru my shoe

trauma comes in many forms. i was also “diagnosed” with complex ptsd, even though it has to be medically labeled ad ptsd. my whole life has been trauma. im 16 and i dont see it being better soon
