Lee Kum Kee range of sauces is available at Woolworths / Coles / Asian grocers. What’s your favorite LKK Ready Sauce Flavour?  Ingredients Serves: 3 450g of steak 1 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tsp of sesame oil 1 tsp of Chinese cooking wine 1/2 tsp of baking soda 1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of pepper 1 tbsp of cornstarch 1 tbsp of oil Stir fry 2 tbsp of neutral oil 2 tsp of ginger, minced 4 cloves garlic , minced 1/2 brown onion , chopped 2 bell peppers , chopped ( red and green) 2 packs of Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Beef sauce Garnish: Sesame seeds Steps: 1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese Cooking Wine,  baking soda, salt, pepper, cornstarch and cooking oil. Set aside for at least 15 minutes. 2. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Add the beef and stir fry the beef until golden brown for 2-3 minutes. Set aside. 3. Then, heat another 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute or until fragrant. 4. Add the onion and bell peppers. Stir fry until the vegetables soften. 5. Next, add Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Beef sauce to the pan and cook the sauce until it has thickened. 6. Add the cooked beef and toss the beef until it is evenly coated with the sauce. 7.
