I wouldn't say Nvidia Jetson and TensorRT are considered as embedded systems since they're high-level languages and embedded systems deals with low-level languages like bare-metal register level programming, memory allocation, memory constraints, assembly language, Sram, flash, gpios and communication protocols. All of which the informations are extracted from reading 1000-4000 pages of datasheets and reference manuals just to program the microcontrollers
