Plateau are just a time to readjust. Increase your activity level. Tweak your mealplan also get measuring tape case the scale isnt always accurate. You got this 💖

I would recommend to not hit one again to sometimes eat a bit more (still in a deficit), that helped me since if it's the same deficit number the body gets used to it.
