@zandithemermaid: 📍 Madagascar, Nosy Sakatia in NosyBe Madagascar is a wonderland.. this haven is a locally built MPA, it's home to an abundant turtle species that you find a short swim from where the boats dock, feeding away on the seagrass... these may easily be the biggest green turtles I've ever seen! The opening sequence is a local fishing method that reminded me of the fishing method used by the Thonga people in KZN... it feels less harsh, probably because fish that aren't of size can make their way out, but also, there's no fishing line lost in the waters... held down by stones. it feels in alignment with nature, ... the way the light danced on these meadows had me mesmerised, they come up for air regularly right next to you..
