Had mine with a kiwi and some salad on the side. Enjoy! MACROS (roughly): 527 calories, 55g carbs, 18g fat, 36g protein Ingredients for one (roughly): 80-100g baguette bread (sourdough) 2 x large eggs handful spinach 3 x slices ham 30g reduced fat cheese 1 x kiwi #highprotein #healthymeals #easymeals #breakfast
