My ex-h was an Eagle Scout and never impressed anyone who wasn’t super old. These days, a lot of us no longer have a favorable view of that org. They fucked themselves over being exclusionary.

Can confirm. At my job interview for the company I’ve been at for the past 12 years. The hiring manager asked me more questions about my Eagle Scout project and about my engineering degree.

In order to become an Eagle Scout they will go through 15 Interviews with adults for rank advancements. How many 16 year olds do you know have done 15 Interviews in front of adults?
