He was arrested on March 2, 2025, under suspicion of his sixth DUI, but thanks to a mistake by the Salt Lake City District Attorney's Office, he is out of jail and has skipped town. He celebrated his newfound freedom with celebratory Facebook posts saying in part, "No bail arrest warrant get the f*** out of here. I'm free as a bird." District Attorney Sim Gill admitted to the mistake and has filed for Snelgrove's extradition back to Utah. Snelgrove is currently in rehab in Georgia. #news #bradysnelgrove #saltlake
