I went to a play ark and the whole floor was made up of cut up tyres in tint pieces and was payed as flooring with some kind of adhesive. it was the best flooring for a park I came across.

Tyre pyrolysis oil - counts as a recycled fuel so refineries put it in their processes for the tax rebates, same with used cooking oil shipped halfway across the world
