You definitely have to be ready to know how to work on these machines. It could be your sensors are dirty. I bet you can fix this machine fairly easy.

It’s just a stubborn appliance that demands constant attention RELIGIOUSLY! It’s like a credit card. You have to make sure you are on top of the minimum monthly payments otherwise you start being harassed. In this case, you have to make sure you are making your weekly cleanings and monthly descaling. The issue with the machine for me is I bought it as a gift for my family and they do not do a weekly cleaning, let alone a monthly descaling, so I am constantly bothered when it comes to troubleshooting it. I went through the same process had to get mine replaced like three times as well. It’s almost as if this appliance was a beta prototype at the expense of its customers wallets smh. And to be honest, the 2.0 ain’t any better. It definitely will uphold as long as you are constantly giving her the TCL she requires.
