@crispyphat: High Protein Cheese buns. The main ingredient in this recipe is vital wheat gluten. It’s super cheap online and has macros similar to protein powder. And no, I don’t have an affiliate link, so you’ll have to find it yourself. Once you’ve got that, all you need is nutritional yeast, water, salt, and cheese. Start by mixing 1/3 cup of wheat gluten with just under 1/3 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast. Add a pinch of salt and mix it up. not fun fact: it has one of the lowest pdcaas of .25 and it's extraordinarily chewy. so id implore you to skip it. I used to use it since it's so cheap and seemed close to protein powder macros
