I thought pumpkin seed oil was a DHT blocker which helps for androgenetic alopecia, but if you have telogen effluvium it won’t be effective.

it doesn't work on you but you can't just say it doesn't work in general. I have androgenic alopecia and Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin seed oil helped me a lot

Strange, maybe your way in it is wrong, I don't put my fruit all the way, I dilute it with light oils because the pumpkin is heavy and I noticed baby hair and its softness!

Check your ferritin levels, mine was at 8 🫠🫠 (you need between 70-100 for optimal hair cycle)

I've tried all the oil, Black seed, pumpkin seed, rosemary, saw palmetto, grape seed, avocado, coconut, all types of oil nuff said, and minoxidil, and dht blocker shampoo, nothing. Now trying Nizoral.

I’ve had bad shedding from DHT, I started taken it and I stopped shedding all together. So maybe for you, you have something else going on.

I was losing like crazy, I’d been massaging oils which made it worse. I started using Nioxin system 3. Hair stopped falling right away. A year later started minoxidil 5%. In 2 years I have double the hair I had.
