@madkeys_: take 3💫 This is probably one of my favorite songs to play on keys. I get a lot of questions regarding the tone and chord choice of this song. Specifically, these keys deviate from the standard tuning of 440hz. The keys are at about -2.73 cts which is about 422hz. One day, I was playing with different settings and said “hey, let’s try this”. When I adjusted it, I noticed a different type of warmth and richness to the sound that I really loved. For the chords, I believe it starts at a C6/9, G6/9 (or Amin11), Cmin11 (sometimes EbMaj), BbMaj9 (sometimes Gmin11). I’m not the best with chord names, hence the midi monitor lol But yeah!
