Not AI agents. Those are chat bots. Not all AI are agents. You trained chat bots on specific areas of interest. Unless these AI chat bots can complete tasks, have root access, and can independently open open and run apps, they aren't agents.

I found just plain ChatGPT to be better than specific assistants. Last company I was at they were trained on mountains of horribly maintained Jira documentation and old standards.
