I had PMDD and just a warning for everyone who has it. I was offered a radical hysterectomy which I took, to take away my PMDD, you go into immediate menopause and surgical menopause is 100 times

My pmdd almost killed me it's genetic my mother had it I have it it runs through my family it caused me to go into menstrual psychosis thank you for talking about this it is severe I'm another person.

I’ve got endo as well so after the 2 weeks of PMDD hell, I get an increase in endo hell 🙄 that one week each cycle was as great! Well as great as the PCOS hell allows. Being a woman is so hard!
