Alr so I’m trying a calorie deficit and it’s honestly kinda hard does anyone have any food recommendations with low calories. All I’ve really been eating is oatmeal, Greek yogurt, eggs, or just one meal a day but not finishing my meal

I lost around 25 ish in a month but it was hard man. (it worked for me but I can’t guarantee anything) I did 4 hours of tennis and conditioning in Florida summer weather then after that did an hour sometimes 2 of gym and for the food I ate like a lot of protein prolly over 3000 calories worth so yea u gotta find what works for u and stick to u will get fit if u put ur self into it ❤️
