Renting is all fun and games until you potentially have to move every year because of landlord issues. Clients moved 4 times in 4 years bc landlord did something to cause this. grass isn't greener

I’m tired of people telling me renting is like throwing money away when I tell them I wanna sell my house. Having a house can also serve as a way to throw money away. We’ve spent $53,000 out of pocket over the last 6 years since we bought this house. I HATE it.

Them people in LA fires lost everything, FL flooding lost everything. TX,NC etc property taxes , home insurance cancellations, repairs not to mention be tied to a location. Renting I can move anytime and don’t have to fix anything. No stress
