@missclairebenjamin: Most of us handle conflict in ways that make things worse- without even realising it. Here are 3 common mistakes I see all the time: 1️⃣ Letting emotions take over—you react instinctively and lose control of the conversation. 2️⃣ Matching their energy—when you mirror someone’s anger or frustration, tension only rises. 3️⃣ Pushing through when emotions are too high—sometimes, the best move is to step away and revisit later. If you want to feel more confident and in control during conflict, my course The Conflict Formula currently has 50% off until Tuesday 1st April at midnight (GMT). It’s a self-paced course you can complete in under 90 minutes and put into action right away. 🔥 The tools I teach inside will change the way you handle conflict for good! This is great advice I will never listen
Here's my issue: some arguments are like playing chess with a pidgeon. You can be the best, but the bird will always knock down the pieces and Sh.. the table

Let’s shift her thinking up strategically. Conflict/arguments- perhaps but this thought first. If you go in or later you shift your view to winning the argument even calmly, it will in many cases you will lose the relationship. Think about this before you engage.

someone says to a new employee with zero training, omg you are so slow. so we should just say yes? or keep calm? defend ourselves? or just be silent?
