I had a friend with CD in highschool. There is absolutely a stigma about it. We were the only family in America that had taken her seriously and accommodated her. She was an exchange student.

no i kinda went through this tho, i dont have something that serious but i have a Red40 allergy, I wasnt allergic to it when i was younger but as i grew older i got more sensitive

when i learned about celiac i panicked and swapped a bunch of my snacks to accommodate my brother. then he tells me he's just intolerant to Gluten. no damage, just discomfort. so many snacks, gone
