@katriona.fit: Your form might be holding you back let’s fix that lat pulldown! 🔥 Feet flat, pad locked tight over your thighs 🔥 Grip slightly wider than shoulder-width, thumbs over the bar 🔥 Shoulders back and down, chest up, slight lean back 🔥 Pull the bar below your chin, elbows toward your hips 🔥 Control the movement, don’t use momentum 🔥 Slowly return to the starting position, keeping a slight bend in your elbows 🔥 Keep shoulders back and down the entire time Try this & let me know how it goes 🥰
