yum! if you crack the freshly boiled eggs a tiny bit and leave them to sit in v cold water for 5-10 mins, the shells come off like magic 💖

Its similar to a dish we make. My family recipe for potato salad includes chopped boiled eggs and spring onions. So just add duced boiled potatoes and some mustard
