People keep sleeping on silver plate but silver plate over copper is valuable and it’s only going to get more valuable…. It’s obviously not as valuable with sterling silver, but it’s way more valuable than silver plate over nickel.

You all are acting as if silverplate is not worth anything. This is my Reed and Barton silver plate over COPPER tea and coffee set silver over copper is still silver plate but it’s worth more than silver over nickel by a few hundred dollars . This is still a huge find for her. I would be super excited had I found it.
