Have you tried using TVP for breadcrumbs? 👀 My tips for crispy tofu:  -Press it really well to get all of the water out of it or buy Super Firm. -Tear it into chunks - the added surface area allows your breading to stick to it better. It also has more surface area for getting crispy.  -I love to use a 50/50 mix of TVP and panko breadcrumbs, with some spices and nutritional yeast added in for flavor!  -Toss it in the air fryer at 400 F (205 C) but make sure your tofu is spaced out so all the sides can get crispy.
