Oh how I totally get it. I struggle with my weight. I just try to keep in mind that I just have to be healthy and quit looking at the numbers. I’m 64 & this feeling doesn’t go away! So frustrating

It’s a struggle I need to start walking again I’m scared because I had a hip replacement a year ago and suffered with pain for 5 years. I have to change my mind set I can move without pain.

I completely relate to your story. The giant boobs, weight gain from meds, endless diets. I am torn between accepting this is the way it is and I have to lose this weight!
