is it normal so not have an “adult teeth” under the baby teeth? cuz i had a baby teeth that wouldn’t let go cuz it wasn’t adult teeth under it so i pulled it out and now it’s just a big gap

maybe silly question- when you knock a tooth out, you put it back in. couldn't pulling this tooth out and putting it back in facing the front eliminate the "elastic" problem? and also be way faster?
