Hiya, I understand that they go mushy but frozen vegetables actually have more nutrients in them than the fresh ones you buy. Once a vegetable is picked it loses its nutritional value over time. 1/2

Please don’t leave the bags out at room temperature for a few hours. This can be extremely unsafe and increases risk for food borne illness. If you forgot to put your frozen items in the fridge
