Would it be that light isn’t a limited resource like bugs? One plankton absorbing light doesn’t mean there’s any less for the rest of

If plankton gather energy from the sun, a relative un limited resource, why wouldn’t plankton have a vast number of various species? It’s not like there is a plant this species needs to eat and if it runs out the other will struggle. It’s light…no one can take a light away…doesn’t make sense. So there isn’t really any competition, not sure how this is a paradox

just like Homo sapiens outperformed Neanderthals. you think it's preposterous now, but in millions of years Homo sapiens could be outperformed by something better

What if what isn’t being observed by say an animal or human just isn’t rendered or in use at that moment by the simulation so it just lives ‘paused’. Atoms know they are being observed 👀

Not sure how accurate it is but I read that the red squirrel likely won't go extinct in continental Europe because the pine marten (mostly extinct in England) favors grey squirrel as prey.

I think we must synthesize the humanities and the hard sciences by utilizing environmental science which supposes a natural moral. Hard science is trying too hard to explain how life works: and thus we live in independent morality. The ethics are sufficed by such. Jesus saw the divine power of natural morality, although he was given no real science. If we presuppose a humanist end this is the only way way forward. Thus a synthesis is formed. Ecology in its current state recognizes a relationship between man and nature but it is profoundly flawed: it ignores that the profoundly undiscovered truths exist not in observance but experience. We will be uniquely adapted with awareness that develops into a species reintroduction. This is primarily through the reciprocal connection that is fundamental to human society and exists parallel in nature. We must begin to discover the dialectic that unites nature and modern man. Nature will always do irrational/disorganized things. Even as science necessarily slows. As potential rationales exponentially grow, their possibility of becoming truth causes said positive decay. Thus we must learn from nature experientially, not observationally. What that will bring, only God (universe - everything and nothing) knows. Stay curious, imaginative, rational, and experience your world with care. And most of all, let your intuition guide you first. Do not reason yourself into inhibition.
