I love my R8, super nice but note the sticky suction mount that holds it to the window will overtime with heat, lose grip and fall and could break your radar so replace them every 3 months about no more than 5 months. I’ve went through 2 of of them.

I have the perfect alternative. It’s a rear holder for the screen. You can’t see any wires and it looks great

tesla does have a cigarette lighter, i would mount right above the screen and buy a cable and hub you can plug into usb port in glovebox it’s like a $25 solution and you can’t see any wire
