@washmaskitchen: Laziza Rasmalai 🌸 MEETHI EID SPECIAL DESSERT ❤️ Ingredients: • 1 packet Laziza Rasmalai Mix • 1 liter full cream milk • 3-4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste) • 2-3 tbsp pistachios & almonds (sliced) • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder • 1 tbsp oil Instructions: Step 1: Prepare the Milk Syrup 1. In a pot, heat 1 liter of milk on medium flame. 2. Add sugar, cardamom powder, and rose water (if using). Stir well. 3. Let the milk boil for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Step 2: Make Rasmalai Balls 1. In a bowl, mix the Laziza Rasmalai Mix with ½ cup of water to make a soft dough. 2. Grease your hands with oil and shape the dough into small round balls (they will expand while cooking). Step 3: Cook the Rasmalai 1. Gently add the balls into the boiling milk. 2. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 15-20 minutes until they double in size. 3. Stir occasionally but gently to prevent breaking. Step 4: Chill & Serve 1. Let the rasmalai cool to room temperature. 2. Garnish with sliced pistachios & almonds. 3.
