Give a poor person 1k and it's spent within a month and been put back in the economy give a rich person 1k and it's put in stocks never to be seen again trickle down economics don't work.

In Germany there is a thing called „Umzugssteuer“ which means that all of the money they earned while being a german citizen will be taxed for about 50% if they leave the country with their wealth
