It’s good you’re actually explaining this. Doctors will tell you as a matter of fact but nothing else. But it impacts procedures like IUDs and hysteroscopies - for me it is agony

Mine was retroflexed back onto my colon causing bowel issues. Ended up having a hysterectomy. I had adenomyosis. It was the size of a large grapefruit. 6 months pain free!

Years ago I was switching obgyns and requested my medical records. I read through them and saw it notes that I have a tilted uterus. No obgyn has ever mentioned it ever.

I have a retroverted uterus. When I was pregnant, I didn’t show until 23 weeks and even then it looks like I was bloated lol. Didn’t look pregnant until 32 weeks. I was 92 lbs beginning so I was tiny!

Retroverted uterus here and it’s genetic. lol all women in my family back to my great-grandma had it. Got pregnant twice with no issues! I also have endo and ovarian cysts.
