In Canada, police can ask for your identification and you are required by law to give it to them! We are not the States! lol. This cop was 100% in the right as per Canadian laws.

😆 I got stopped for the same reason once because my car is registered under my ex wife. Very simple fix by showing your papers. No ticket, nothing.

In Canada cops can pull you over literally if they feel like it pretty much, to check your documents, sobriety checks, etc.

No one should be stopped if not breaking the law,cops cant just make up bs because they want to. Who tf are they to interrupt any law abiding citizen going about their day then to break the law by making up fake laws which would make them corrupt.

If you say to the cops, I do not understand they cannot arrest you until you understand the charges that they are saying, which means if there are cop laws, it saves you the hassle of being arrested.

in canada if your in a vehicle moving or otherwise, you are required to provide your drivers license. the driver. no passengers unless in a crime or offense. some police bend these rules. you havecthecrightvto video the police for your protection and to collect information.

My boyfriend got pulled over once while driving my truck. They said it’s because they ran the plates and thought it was weird it was a man driving. We both thought it was such a good thing. You never know, they’re just doing their jobs❤️

our cops are tops!! much respect!! he identified himself and even said why he was pulled over....they just dont pull cars over like this, a car was reported and it matches this description.

If cops threaten to arrest you and you feel good violated, and uh unsafe, you have the right to refuse or resist the rest, we're just cause and with no consequences. if cops can get a safety law..... So can citizens
