Oh my goodness girl I LOVE your videos!!! I’m going to Vietnam next month and your vids are making me so excited!!! I really want to eat all the foods! How have you gone with getting sick??? I’ve seen so much saying avoid meats and Ice creams/ ice 😭😭😭 but night markets look like it’s where it’s at!

Be careful eating oysters!! Oysters grown in warm water countries have high risk of vibrio poising, even when shucked fresh!!!!

Eating raw seafood is a no no in Vietnam, even if I comes from a restaurant. Seafood in Vietnam is not handled properly. Would not take the risk

In VN When it comes to seafoods in general especially with peanuts and scallions Vnmese usually eat with the sauce for more flavor( green chilli and red chilli sauce most popular).
