My 2013 focus has a warning on the dash that transmission needs servicing and then it stops and locks up and won’t get out a park. I’ve had to have a wrecker bring me home. I heard Ford extended the warranty to 10 years or 150,000 miles on some parts. My car has 46,000 miles on it. Will Ford cover this to fix it. I am on a fixed income and can’t afford a new transmission. It’s so frustrating

first off the TCM did not use a soldier connection so they corroded. there was a bearing seal leak recall causing shuttering, the transmission just plan sucked and was dangerous.
