I've had mine 4 years and have had ZERO problems. I use distilled water and I clean it. WOW CONCEPT!

It’s such a terrible product. We’ve had two and my engineer husband hates it. It breaks all the time

Mine has been stored and needs a horrible deep descaling. I stored it so I could wait for someone to hopefully figure this problem out. We have taken it apart and still it didn’t work. Going to try this!

Descale with vinegar mix soak for over night helps . I soak a rag in it then shove it in ice shoot .
