Same thing happened to me yesterday. I resolved it by calling Coinbase spent an hour on the phone. It showed up in my Coinbase about an hour and a half later. Make sure you have your transaction ID

I just had Coinbase credit missing xlm it took 11 days they made me send 15 xlm to Coinbase to test that it was my wallet it worked out but seemed strange

XLM is like XRP it has a tag number that you have to put along with the address.

It is Not what you did, It is what you didn’t do!! If you never sent crypto to a wallet always do a test with the minimum amount allowed to insure the wallet acct and memo is accurate. Lo siento
