bro, be careful that you do not lose weight too fast because you will be left with loose skin later, and then it can only be repaired surgically. A good pace is about a kilogram per week, then the skin has time to adjust to your changes. The most important thing is perseverance and another small step forward. We don't gain weight overnight so it will take a while to reverse the process too - be strong 💪

Hey triathlete here. Please don't overtrain. slowly ramp up your intensity to prevent injuries. Furthermore do at least one rest day per week with none to very lite (i.g. a walk) intensity.
