I would just; click! Hang up the phone. Document that I tried to give report but due to ICU nurse behavior unable to. And call and give report to his charge nurse.

He is lucky to get a verbal report from PACU. We only get the PACU sheet as they drop-off the patient. Therefore, we devote time to read it to know important details, drains, meds given, etc.
