Rare steak like that is how it’s meant to be and you don’t get sick from it. The beef is much higher quality than in the states/Canada.

We have looooots of restrictions according to meat, you can easily eat it raw (lots of carpaccio everywhere) at a lot of places and never get sick (so your fiancé was safe ahaha)

The ice-cream is Arabic ice-cream called Booza! That’s how they make it back home. It’s stretchy and chewy because of the Sahlab and Mastic and constant churning and folding air into it!
